- Gender split labels changes the labels used in attendance summaries; student gender choices remain Male and Female.
- Alumni grade level is the threshold used during grade advancement. A student's newly advanced grade at or above this number becomes Alumni.
- Show gender attendance statistics controls the gender breakdown on event details.
- Show grade attendance statistics for grade-range programs controls grade buckets on event details and applies only when the program has a grade range.
Expected Outcome#
Organization settings saved. appears and subsequent schedule, check-in, report, and event-summary behavior uses the saved values.
Troubleshooting and Important Notes#
- Invalid organization settings: Check the minimum organization-name length, select a supported Timezone, and keep Alumni grade level between 1 and 20.
- Changing Timezone can change whether an event is considered today and can immediately enable or disable check-in or kiosk access.
- Changing Alumni grade level does not move students immediately. It affects the next Advance grades run.
- Turning off an attendance-summary option hides the breakdown only; it does not alter attendance records.
