Your profile stores your account name and organization-specific contact details.
Permissions#
- Organization admins, editors, and volunteers can update their own profile.
- You must be signed in to an organization.
- Uploading a profile photo requires an active 14-day trial or paid subscription.
Update Profile Details#
- Open Settings.
- Select Your profile.
- Update First name and Last name. Both are required.
- Review Email. It is read-only and cannot be changed from this form.
- Optionally complete Birthday, Gender, and Phone number. A birthday must be a valid date and cannot be in the future. Phone numbers must be valid 10-digit US or Canadian numbers.
- Optionally complete Address line 1, Address line 2, City, State, ZIP/postal code, and Country.
- Select Save profile.
The first and last name belong to the user account and update wherever that account name appears. Birthday, gender, phone, and address belong to the current organization membership, so those details can differ between organizations.
Update the Profile Photo#
- Under Profile photo, use the photo control to take or choose an image.
- Confirm the selected image when prompted by your device or browser.
The upload starts immediately; there is no separate Save profile step for the photo. JPEG, PNG, and WebP images are accepted up to 5 MB. Replacing a photo updates the account photo used across all of the user's organization memberships.
Expected Outcome#
After saving, Profile saved. appears and the workspace uses the updated name and current-organization details. A successful photo upload replaces the current profile image and creates an audit-log entry.
Troubleshooting and Important Notes#
- Invalid profile details: Confirm both names are present and any date is complete and valid.
- If the phone field is rejected, enter a 10-digit US or Canadian number with a valid area code and exchange.
- Clearing every address field removes the saved address. If no country is entered, the saved country defaults to US when other address data is present.
- To change the sign-in email, contact an administrator or support; Email is intentionally read-only here.
