Create an Organization in REKNOWN

Purpose#

Create a new REKNOWN ministry workspace and the first organization administrator account.

Anyone who is not currently signed in can start an organization. The person who completes signup becomes the organization admin.

An organization name at least 2 characters long.
Your first and last name.
A valid email address.
A password at least 8 characters long.
No payment method is required to create the organization and begin its 14-day free trial. A supported payment method is required later to activate a paid subscription.

Open the REKNOWN home page.
Open the signup page and select Start an org if the login form is displayed.
Under Create your ministry workspace, enter the ministry's name in Organization name.
Enter your name in First name and Last name.
Enter your address in Email.
Enter a password of at least 8 characters in Password.
Select Create organization.
Begin the organization's 14-day free trial and continue into the workspace. A paid subscription is not required during the active trial.

Organization name: The name shown in the REKNOWN workspace and organization switcher. It must contain at least 2 characters.
First name: The first name on the initial administrator account. It cannot be blank.
Last name: The last name on the initial administrator account. It cannot be blank.
Email: The email used to log in. REKNOWN treats email addresses without regard to capitalization.
Password: The password for the initial administrator account. It must contain at least 8 characters.

REKNOWN creates the organization and an organization-admin membership for the account.
REKNOWN signs the new administrator in automatically.
REKNOWN provides 14 days of free trial access for the new organization.
During the active trial, REKNOWN directs the administrator to Create your first program and allows normal workspace setup.
Before the trial ends, an organization admin can choose a paid plan under Settings and Billing to avoid an interruption in access.

If Invalid signup details appears, confirm that every required field is complete, the email is valid, the organization name has at least 2 characters, and the password has at least 8 characters.
If the email already belongs to a REKNOWN account and the password does not match that account, REKNOWN displays Email already exists. Log in before joining another organization. Log in with that account instead.
Using an existing account's email and matching password creates another organization for that account. The new organization then appears under Switch organization.
When the 14-day trial expires, the organization needs a paid subscription to continue using protected workspace features.
Select Back to home to leave the signup page without creating an organization.
